Course Content:

The EMBRACED Anti-Racism Training is an evidence-based programme designed to support staff in developing a deeper and more nuanced understanding of racism. The training explores how racism operates at institutional, structural, systemic, and individual levels, and how these dynamics affect higher education environments. This training supports staff to build confidence, competence, and accountability in advancing race equality across the university.
